Ticketstobuy® Terms and Conditions
Card usage authorization and chargebacks. The buyer must be authorized to purchase these tickets/ passes with the credit card used for this purchase and is at least 16 years old. The buyer will take steps so that no accidental charge-backs occur by ensuring that whoever receives the credit card statement is aware of this purchase. In the event of a mistaken chargeback(a bank dispute), the buyer agrees to pay a $30 processing fee in addition to the original invoice amount.
Order information. The buyer has entered the correct contact information on my order (name, E-mail, phone number, mailing address). Order contact information MUST be accurate for reasons of event changes, artist changes, weather, etc. Lack of customer contact due to incorrect order information does not qualify for a bank dispute.
Event cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Most ticketed events are no refund, no exchange events. All outdoor events are RAIN OR SHINE events. If an ENTIRE event is cancelled for any reason, a refund for tickets purchased can be granted by the promoter and ONLY the price of the ticket will be refunded. Due to certain circumstances, processing fees can be refunded partially or in full but must be approved by Ticketstobuy® management.
Event postponements. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the case of an event "postponement and reschedule", a refund can be requested for approval based on the unavailable nature of attending the new date. Because tickets and fees paid are transferred (exchanged/honored) to a new date, processing fees are never refunded because the choice to attend the new date is not acceptable to the purchaser. The buyer accepts that this choice does not qualify for a bank dispute of the order fees. Such refund request must be sent via email to [email protected] If approved for a refund, the refund will be given within 5-8 business days to the credit card used for the purchase. In the case of delivery of printed, mailed tickets, receipt of delivered tickets must be received in the Ticketstobuy® office prior to the refund issue date. Sending to Ticketstobuy via US Mail is always acceptable but electronically destroying the tickets is now available and is also acceptable. Please contact Ticketstobuy® for assistance with this method.
Refund insurance. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Normally on most ticketed events, processing and delivery fees are NEVER refunded unless “optional” refund insurance (available on most events) is purchased. If purchased, order processing and delivery fees will be refunded along with the price of the ticket minus the refund insurance fee.
Ticket shipping. Normal 1st class delivery of ticket orders take up to 7-14 business days from date of an order to ship from Midlothian, Virginia. Delivery of tickets will arrive no later than 21 days FROM the event date.
The buyer understands that the "TICKETSTOBUY" name in full or abbreviated will show up on the buyer's credit card statement for the credit card used for this transaction.
