In order to pick up tickets at the box office, print your email receipt and bring it with your photo id to the ticket box office tent. Available option on a ticket by ticket basis, this option allows you to print your tickets from your computer and printer. Once you complete your ticket purchase, our system will popup your default printer menu and allow you to print your purchased tickets. Please bring all of your printed ticket sheets to the gate for entry into the event. Please do not cut the ticket sheets! Electronic barcodes are not accepted at the front gate in place of a printed ticket sheet. Note: Passes are delivered by will-call and mail-out methods only.U. S. Mail 1st class delivery -

Covid-19 guidelines: MASKS ARE REQUIRED DURING ENTRY INTO THE VENUE! NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL CONCERTGOERS WILL RECEIVE A NO TOUCH TEMPERATURE CHECK UPON ENTRY. ANYONE WITH A TEMPERATURE OF 100.4 OR GREATER WILL BE DENIED ADMISSION INTO THE VENUE. ALL PATRONS WILL BE WANDED FOR WEAPONS UPON ENTRY.
In order to provide the safest and best concert experience, we require each ticket holder to observe the following rules:
-If you are sick, running a fever or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home until you are healthy.
-Masks are required for entry into the venue. Please ensure the mask covers your nose and mouth as you enter the venue.
-There will be a safety/security checkpoint at the entrance to the venue which includes temperature check and wanding for weapons. Please be patient and follow all instructions from RMC Event Staff.
-NO WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE! PERIOD!
-Tickets will be available at the door if the event does not sell out in advance.
-Concertgoers are invited to bring blankets and chairs into the venue. There are no tents, staking, or canopies allowed. Ponchos and small, personal umbrellas are permitted in the case of rain.
-No outside food or beverage are allowed inside the venue. Please no coolers, baskets, or knapsacks.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE. -When using the restroom or purchasing food or beverages, we request that concertgoers please wear their mask as a courtesy to others.
-Portable toilets will be available on site.
-Alcohol may not be brought into the event. Absolutely no illegal substances, illicit goods, fireworks, weapons, guns, knives or laser pointers will be permitted at the event and violators will be held accountable and prosecuted by state and federal law.
-No refund requests or ticket transfers will be granted. This event is rain or shine.
